HOW DOES IT WORK ?

Once we have confirmed that the need and fit are right; we sign a 1 year renewable contract for services. We define the specific scope of work, responsibility and authority you’d like me to have.
Typically the first few months is orientation and setup, then we move into the management/maintenance phase.

WHAT ASPECTS OF MY BUSINESS CAN YOU MANAGE ?

My fractional management services include the following key areas:

  • Business Development Management

  • Financial Analysis and Planning

  • Admin/Operations/HR

  • Business/Strategic/Product Planning

  • Project Management

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

Fractional Management services are contracted on an annual basis and billed monthly at $3,000 per service cycle i.e. BD, Financial Management, Admin/Ops/HR.
This contract can be terminated by either party with 30 day notice.

WHAT IS A "CYCLE" ?

I use the term "Cycle" to describe a unit of consulting. For example

Business Development includes weekly meetings with 4 to 6 sales reps and a monthly review report and meeting with Management.

Financial Analysis and Reporting has less "face" time with your staff and more time reviewing and preparing analysis and recommendations presented in a monthly review meeting.

Operations/Admin/HR sees face-time with your staff flex from less to more as we work to understand process and procedures, and then again when implementing and reviewing the results of those implementations.

Business Plans, Product/Marketing Plans, Project Management services are done on an ad hoc basis and typically billed out at one cycle per month ($3,000) until the project is complete.

CAN I HIRE YOU FOR MULTIPLE ROLES?

Generally yes, assuming I have available cycles. In some cases any one component might be too big to be handled by one "cycle" of an area of expertise, so we may apply two cycles to that area.
Sometimes a client may want me to manage two different areas, which can also be arranged (subject to availability)

WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS INDUSTRIES CAN YOU WORK IN?

Generally any Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) operation; where you providing products or services.

(Restaurants are generally not a good fit)

I STILL HAVE MORE QUESTIONS ...

Then its a good time to meet for a cup of coffee. No obligation, no pressure, just a chance to answer your questions and determine of my services are right for you and your business.
